By that I mean the hotel’s fine-dining restaurant, Bellini, named for the cocktail that restaurateur Ignazio Cipriani’s great-grandfather apparently originated at his Venice bar in the 1940s.
When the luxe Beatrice Hotel opened in Providence in October, it came with a Bellini chaser.
